ΧΩΡΙΣ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ
Poiema (‘Pee-ima – Creation in Ancient Greek) is an organic, low acidity Olive Oil which was born in an organic Olive grove in the Ambracian Gulf. The beauty of our natural surroundings is expressed through the verses that adorn its label,
“ I was once given a lucky charm that said: Show humility towards the greatness of nature as a whole lot of individual elements and be one with your land to transmute it into a provider for all.”
This inspires us everyday to cultivate the best products from our Olive grove. We live, observe and cultivate the land with respect, using modern scientific methods, always protecting the ecological balance of our sensitive ecosystem.
Vasilis Roussas and his wife Evangelia Moschopoulou are the organic farmers since 2008.
